Next Iteration of ION Will Use 40nm Architecture

As of right now all ION chips are manufactured with a 55nm process, but that should change by the end of 2009. A smaller manufacturing process means that the chip can be made smaller and also produce less heat than older larger chips. We can also expect to see a slight performance increase as well [...]
